I was conducting training cessions long before I became a professional certified trainer. That is why my certification process was more effective. I truly knew what my training needs were.

I received my professional trainer certification in Singapore in the regional headquarter of MSAS, what is later Exel and a member of Deutsch Poste. That was more than 10 years ago now.

After I joined Cadbury as the Greater China Training and Development Manager, I had full access to variety of training resources.
